Experience an authentic journey in our Antica Corte, the beating heart of the masseria, where our baker chef will guide you in preparing Apulian focaccia, one of the most beloved symbols of local gastronomy. Discover the secrets of the traditional recipe, from selecting the finest ingredients to baking in a wood-fired oven, to achieve a fragrant and irresistible focaccia.

During the lesson, you will learn to make different variations: the classic focaccia with cherry tomatoes and the white focaccia with salt and oregano. All in a unique atmosphere, surrounded by intoxicating aromas and the warmth of the fire.

The experience will conclude with a generous tasting of freshly baked focaccia, enriched with exquisite zero-kilometer local products, such as Capocollo, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes picked from our garden. Everything will be paired with a selection of Apulian wines and our own extra virgin olive oil, produced from our ancient olive trees.
