Come and discover the ancient art of making Apulian taralli with our chef, in an authentic experience that will take you to the heart of local gastronomic tradition. In the charming atmosphere of our Antica Corte, you will learn to work the dough by hand, shape the taralli, and uncover the secrets of their baking, which makes them so fragrant and irresistible.
Step by step, you will follow the preparation of this specialty, making the classic wine taralli as well as variations flavored with typical Apulian spices and ingredients. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn a simple yet historically rich recipe, one you can recreate at home to impress your guests.
The experience will conclude with an exclusive tasting: you will enjoy the freshly baked taralli, paired with our extra virgin olive oil, produced from the ancient olive trees of the masseria, and a glass of local wine.

Apulian Focaccia Masterclass
Masterclass of Apulian Focaccia – Tradition, Flavor, and Conviviality
Experience an authentic journey in our Antica Corte, the beating heart of the masseria, where our baker chef will guide you in preparing Apulian focaccia, one of the most beloved symbols of local gastronomy. Discover the secrets of the traditional recipe, from selecting the finest ingredients to baking in a wood-fired oven, to achieve a fragrant and irresistible focaccia.
During the lesson, you will learn to make different variations: the classic focaccia with cherry tomatoes and the white focaccia with salt and oregano. All in a unique atmosphere, surrounded by intoxicating aromas and the warmth of the fire.
The experience will conclude with a generous tasting of freshly baked focaccia, enriched with exquisite zero-kilometer local products, such as Capocollo, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes picked from our garden. Everything will be paired with a selection of Apulian wines and our own extra virgin olive oil, produced from our ancient olive trees.

Experience the joy of creating one of the symbols of Apulian cuisine with your own hands in the charming atmosphere of our Antica Corte. Guided by our chef, you will uncover the secret of handmade orecchiette, crafted with simple ingredients: semolina, water, and a touch of dedication.
You will learn the traditional technique to shape them using only a small knife and your fingertips, just as it has been done for generations. Through stories and ancient gestures, you will immerse yourself in the heart of local gastronomic culture and savor its authenticity.
The masterclass will conclude with a tasting of the freshly made orecchiette.

Wine and Olive Oil Tasting Package at the Masseria
Guests are invited to enrich their stay with an authentic experience through the most charming corners of our historic masseria, dating back to 1550. The guided tour leads through the ancient walls, the former stable courtyard, and into the underground cellar, concluding in the elegant fireplace room.
Here, you will enjoy a tasting of three red wines and one white wine, accompanied by a sample of our extra virgin olive oil and a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.

Available time slots: daily from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM.
